Sean Keenan

Sean Keenan is a Vice President with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has years of experience across commercial real estate, hospitality and entertainment industries. Sean has a distinguished history in conceptualizing and launching new businesses. Prior to joining Oakhurst, Mr. Keenan owned and operated Front Page News Restaurants in Midtown and Little Five Points, Tijuana Garage in Little Five Points, Harbour Fish House in Decatur and Napoleons Grille and The Vista Room in Oak Grove. In addition to restaurants, Mr. Keenan was a partner and project manager in Harris Park Construction with projects in home renovation and new construction. Mr. Keenan uses his extensive experience to assist clients with restaurant, retail tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Accounting from The University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island.
