Oakhurst Realty Partners strives to understand all of the details of a client's business and space requirements while using our experience to augment or help further determine those needs. Some considerations include location, access, configuration, design, efficiency, budget, lease term, expansion requirements, renewal rights and parking.
To identify the best space options, Oakhurst Realty Partners researches the applicable market area(s) utilizing our databases and available market information. These approaches allow us to compile a comprehensive list of properties that match the client's needs and include rental rate ranges, space sizes, building characteristics, pictures of each property, and any unique attributes of the property.
Once potential spaces have been identified, Oakhurst Realty Partners will set up tours of prospective properties with our clients. This process allows us to understand space configuration, and assess the condition of spaces to determine what build-out and renovation work will be required.
Once a final prospect list is developed, Oakhurst Realty Partners solicits proposals from each of the potential properties. This process allows us to develop both quantitative and qualitative comparisons to understand the benefits of each space.
Lease Negotiation & Execution
Once the final candidate is selected, Oakhurst Realty Partners will negotiate the lease. Oakhurst Realty Partners will apply our wide-range of lease experience to ensure that our client's interests are well represented.
