In the last 12 months, Oakhurst Realty Partners has provided consulting services on over $300 million of office and retail assets in the southeast U.S. ORP assists in a variety of advisory engagements including acquisition and disposition due diligence, Argus cash flow modeling, portfolio and property valuations, corporate real estate analyses, fee development, feasibility studies, and debt and equity structuring.
Oakhurst is currently consulting on the Shoppes at Druid Hills, a proposed 38,000 square foot high-end retail and office development located at the intersection of N. Druid Hills Road and Briarcliff Road in Atlanta
