Founded in 2007, Oakhurst Realty Partners is a leading provider of commercial real estate services focusing on management and leasing, tenant representation, brokerage, and development/redevelopment. The Oakhurst Realty team has directly participated in over $5.5 billion in transactions located throughout the United States. Employing an owner's mentality, Oakhurst Realty Partners currently manages and/or leases over 350,000 square feet of office and retail property in metropolitan Atlanta. Oakhurst Realty Partners also has an excellent reputation for representing office, medical office, industrial, and retail tenants in metropolitan Atlanta.

The Oakhurst Realty Partners team completed over 100 leases in the last 24 months.

In 2011, Oakhurst Realty Partners launched Olé Realty Group, a full service provider of real estate solutions for retail properties located in ethnic markets throughout the Southeastern U.S. Olé Realty Group offers a suite of services that includes not only traditional services such as property management and leasing, but also more integrated services including feasibility analyses, asset management and redevelopment.

Executive Team

 

A. Barton Lester, Managing Partner

Mr. Lester is a Managing Partner and has over 15 years of real estate banking and transaction-related experience. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Lester oversees leasing for over 250,000 square feet of office and retail properties located throughout metro Atlanta and has led the development and redevelopment of over 150,000 square feet of projects in metro Atlanta. While at Eastdil Secured, he directly participated in and executed investment sale transactions totaling over $3.3 billion of retail and office properties. Mr. Lester has also served as an officer in the Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo Bank and has been involved in both the origination and the securitization of commercial real estate loans in excess of $4.8 billion. Mr. Lester holds a Master of Business Administration (concentration in Finance) from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University.

 

B. Fisher Paty, Managing Partner

Mr. Paty is a Managing Partner and has over 13 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Paty leads the firm’s tenant representation services and oversees the asset and property management of more than 350,000 square feet of office and retail properties in metro Atlanta. Over his career, Mr. Paty has served in investment banking, brokerage, asset management, acquisitions, and consulting. At Eastdil Secured, he directly participated in and executed investment sale transactions totaling over $1.5 billion of office, retail and industrial properties. As a Leasing Representative, he has been involved in over 100 lease transactions. As an Asset Manager, he has managed over 4.5 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse properties located throughout the U.S. Mr. Paty started his real estate career in the Real Estate Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young, LLP and became the youngest Manager in the national real estate practice. Mr. Paty is a Board Member of the Decatur Downtown Development Authority and the Decatur Development Authority, and was appointed by the Decatur City Commission to serve on the Zoning Ordinance Revision Task Force. Mr. Paty holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) with dual majors in Real Estate and Finance, and a minor in Economics from the University of Florida. In addition, Mr. Paty is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

 

Arturo Adonay, Managing Partner

Mr. Adonay is a Managing Partner and leads Olé Realty Group, a division of Oakhurst Realty Partners, that is a full service provider of real estate solutions for retail properties located in ethnic markets throughout the Southeastern U.S. Mr. Adonay is recognized as one of the country’s most knowledgeable authorities in ethnic retailing trends and Hispanic consumerism. After owning a successful marketing company in Mexico, Mr. Adonay moved to the United States in 1999 and launched his career in Atlanta by planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions and special events for companies looking to tap into the growing Hispanic market. His career in commercial real estate began in 2000 and shortly thereafter, Mr. Adonay led the dramatic turnaround and formation of Plaza Fiesta, now the heart of DeKalb County’s International Corridor. Since then, Mr. Adonay has developed and branded numerous ethnic retail and entertainment concepts throughout the Southeastern U.S. Mr. Adonay holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Institute of Fine Arts in Mexico City, Mexico and has a Marketing Diploma from Iberoamericana University.
