Founding Partners Bart Lester and Fisher Paty have over 25 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and have directly participated in over $5.5 billion in transactions located throughout the United States. Employing an owner's mentality, Oakhurst Realty Partners currently manages and leases over 500,000 square feet of office and retail property in metropolitan Atlanta. Oakhurst Realty Partners also has an excellent reputation for representing office, medical office, industrial, and retail tenants in metropolitan Atlanta. Oakhurst Realty Partners completed over 50 leases in 2009.

A. Barton Lester

Bart is a Founding Partner and has over 14 years of real estate banking and transaction-related experience. While at Eastdil Secured, he directly participated in and executed investment sale transactions totaling over $3.3 billion of retail and office properties. Bart has also served as an officer in the Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo Bank and has been involved in both the origination and the securitization of commercial real estate loans in excess of $4.8 billion. Bart holds a Master of Business Administration (concentration in Finance) from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University.

B. Fisher Paty, CCIM

Fisher is a Founding Partner and has over 11 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate. Over his career, Fisher has served in investment banking, asset management, acquisitions and consulting. At Eastdil Secured, he directly participated in and executed investment sale transactions totaling over $1.5 billion of office, retail and industrial properties.  As an Asset Manager, he has managed over 4.5 million square feet of commercial properties.  Fisher started his real estate career in the Real Estate Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young, LLP and became the youngest Manager in the national real estate practice at age 27. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) with dual majors in Real Estate and Finance, and a minor in Economics from the University of Florida. In addition, Fisher has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2003.
